FYI. A company I know of has legit catia licenses, once this version started floating around, it appears V21 calls home as dassault started hounding the company to buy more licenses and were extremely threatening in their correspondences even though the company uses only legit seats (likely that some employees or suppliers logged in to the wifi with the pirated versions on their laptop). I highly suggest anyone who uses this do so on a computer that is not connected to the internet so that they don't endanger the company they work at or cause a headache for their IT department who really gets bummed out at having to lock down everyones computers because of issues like this *frown*.
